Our Story

Motorcyclist. Instructor. Safety Advocate.

I’m Adam Calver, and I built Head On First Aid & Safety on one belief: when something goes wrong, preparation changes everything.

With a background in firefighting, EMS, leadership, and construction, I’ve seen how quickly emergencies unfold — and how critical it is when someone nearby knows exactly what to do. Those experiences have shaped how I teach.

How I Teach

You’ll learn real-world skills in a way that’s clear and engaging. I make sure you leave confident — not overwhelmed.

Motorcycle First Aid — Built by a Rider

As an avid motorcyclist, I understand both the freedom of the road and the risks that come with it. That’s why I developed a Motorcycle First Aid course designed specifically for riders — covering real crash scenarios, gear removal, roadside response, and remote wilderness environments.

I also build motorcycle-specific first aid kits that are compact, practical, and built for real-world use.

I’m proud to be a safety and gear advocate within the motorcycle community, I volunteer with AMSS - Alberta Motorcycle Safety Society, who's have a mission of Safety, Education and Awareness for all Motorcycle riders.

Head On First Aid & Safety exists to help people feel prepared, knowledgeable, and confident.
